He found a lot of things that was wrong with the home. There were holes that were patched in the ceiling, there was mold in the walls and to top it off the people that owned it had toys stuck in the pipes. That would have caused major issues. He found all the problems and reported them to me in a timely manner. I didn’t end up purchasing the home. Thank god for Wes. He is excellent. I would recommend Upchurch Inspections to anyone that is getting ready to purchase a home.
