Work With Upchurch Inspection
Upchurch Inspection partners with licensed and certified inspectors in Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, and soon Mississippi—providing consistent inspection opportunities while preserving your independence, flexibility, and professional judgment.
The Upchurch Inspection Answer
Independent Home & Commercial Inspection Opportunities

Upchurch Inspection works with licensed and certified independent home and commercial inspectors across Tennessee (TN), Arkansas (AR), Missouri (MO), Kentucky (KY) and—soon—Mississippi (MS). As we continue to expand regionally, our focus remains the same: supporting professional inspectors with a business model that respects independence, rewards quality work, and removes unnecessary friction from the inspection process.
We are not an employment-based inspection company, and we do not operate as a franchise. Inspectors who work with Upchurch Inspection do so as independent contractors, maintaining control over their schedules, the inspections they accept, and the manner in which inspections are performed.
If you are an established inspector looking for consistent inspection opportunities without marketing, billing, or administrative burdens, our model may be a strong fit.

The Inspection Model That Makes Us The Mid-South Leader
Upchurch Inspection operates as a coordinated inspection network designed to support independent inspectors—not manage or supervise them.
Inspectors who work with us:
Operate as independent contractors, not employees
Set their own availability and schedules
Choose which inspections to accept or decline
Perform inspections using their own professional judgment, process, and workflow
May operate their own inspection business or work with other inspection companies
Our role is to provide the infrastructure that allows inspections to happen smoothly: scheduling, client coordination, reporting systems, and administrative support. This structure allows inspectors to focus on what matters most—delivering thorough, professional inspections—while we handle the surrounding business logistics.
Inspection Opportunities
We regularly route inspection opportunities for:
Residential home inspections
Commercial property inspections
Select add-on and ancillary inspection services
Inspection opportunities are routed based on:
Inspector availability
Geographic service area
Client scheduling needs
Inspectors are never required to accept inspections. Availability can be updated at any time, and inspectors remain free to accept or decline work based on their own schedules, workload, and preferences.
